Joshua is not only a wonderful person all around, but also very attentive and patient. He just walked me through the process of closing on my first home and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. He is genuine and cares about his customers. He is straight forward and never around the bush, he makes sure to walk you through every step of the process.
