Joshua helped my husband and I find our perfect first home. He was really patient with us and answered all our questions thoroughly. After a month of searching we finally found one we fell in love with and we didn’t think the seller would take our offer because the competition is fierce with beautiful updated homes. Joshua is not only a wonderful person all around, but also very attentive and patient. He just walked me through the process of closing on my first home and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. He is genuine and cares about his customers. We just purchased our first home in January, which we heard was going to be an awful and terrifying process. Joshua has been a major help and was very flexible in my search. He showed me houses which were exactly what I was searching for and in the area I wanted to live. His response has always been very prompt no matter what time of the day or in the weekend, he is on top of his game. Josh is amazing. Not only did he patiently take our calls and deal with a very difficult negotiation when selling our house and getting us into our new home he did so with patience and grace. He was honest and upfront about everything. He took the time to go tell us exactly what we needed to do to up the appeal of our house to get the best offer. Whatever he says you need to do — do it. We received a same day offer above asking.
