oshua has been a major help and was very flexible in my search.
He showed me houses which were exactly what I was searching for and in the area I wanted to live. His response has always been very prompt no matter what time of the day or in the weekend, he is on top of his game. Unfortunately for Joshua I had a challenge with the house I bought as he could not represent to the fullest as this was an ask of the seller. Josh is amazing. Not only did he patiently take our calls and deal with a very difficult negotiation when selling our house and getting us into our new home he did so with patience and grace.

He was honest and upfront about everything. He took the time to go tell us exactly what we needed to do to up the appeal of our house to get the best offer. Whatever he says you need to do -- do it. We received a same day offer above asking.
